Julep Cupid's Mystery Box Review

A little late, I know! Here's what last month's mystery box was like:

Many of you have been wishing for a Mystery Box... and it's finally here! Spend $20 and get at least $70 worth of Julep treats PLUS a Mystery Holographic or color of your choice. Our Facebook fans are the first to know, so take advantage of your early access!

Don't you just love a mystery? For the first time we are guaranteeing you different colors in every box, up to 4 boxes!

 And here's what I got!

Kate: Pearly white frost

Julep's Kate might be the perfect white nail polish. It's pure white with a very soft white shimmery to it, which prevents it from looking like white out. It was almost opaque in one coat- which leads me to believe this might be a nice color for stamping. The description says that it is pearly, but I don't get that impression at all.

Sarah: Sheer pink coral with iridescent glitter

I love this color! It's a jelly-like polish crammed full of glitter. The description says coral, but I think it's too pink for that. I'd put this more at a watermelon type of color. At first I looked at it and all I could think was that this color is way too Barbie for me. But now I look at it and I can see that it's a great summer color. This is two coats.

Glenn: Bold, berry red shimmer

Glenn is a classic red color. It's a beautiful deep red color with a pearly finish. The formula was great, it went on like a dream! This was exactly what I was hoping for in a Valentine's Day mystery box.

Sienna: Sophisticated, shimmery gold.

Sienna is a duplicate for me, I received it in my BoHo Glam starter box. It's a beautiful color, I would describe it as a pale champagne gold. This is two coats.

Additionally, since my box didn't have a holographic color- I received a coupon code for a free nail polish! With that I bought Vivien- which I'll post in another entry.
